Custom Packages (Don't call it camp)
We have several options for teens and adults to learn more about local habitats.
Every trip is custom designed for you and your crew, and we don't "mix" you into a larger group. It's a private expedition so you can go at whatever pace works for you!
Most of these experiences start at $100 per person for a 3-4 hour adventure. Longer customized trips will cost more based on additional time and gear needed. Shark tooth hunting is $75 as it's a shorter time frame.

Marsh Madness!
Explore the marsh and collect, identify, and take pics with the animals that live there. No formal data collection, just a fun experience in which your teens get to take some "Shell-fies" after they ID what they find.
Scouting the Marsh
Have a Scout that wants to pursue merit badges?
The kayaking badge can be done with us in 1 day. Additional badges can be worked on as well, including Bird Study, Expedition, Camping, and more!

Grown Up Marine Science Camp!
Leave the kids at home and take a Marine Science adventure sans-children. Bring out your inner kid as we explore the marsh, collect and identify critters, and have a general good time becoming a "kid" again as you learn about the environment!
Fossil Hunt
Meet at a location on the Cape Fear River and take a short kayak voyage to a dredge spoil island where sharks teeth, echinoderms, and mollusks abound!
